ABSTRAK

The study aims to analyze the importance of educational values ​​as part of our lives.  In this study, researchers used Taylor's theory (2006) to analyzed types of educational values. The method used in this research is qualitative. There were two steps in taking the first primary data from the audiovisual and script of the drama movie "The Blind Side".  And the second primary data was observe and interview in the class. Meanwhile secondary data was taken from various literary books and some relevant materials to support and complement the primary data sources. The result showed found that there were 25 dialogue that belonged to the category of educational value based on drama movie, educational values ​​are love and care (20%), in never give up show there were (12%), in helping each other there were (12%), and in forgiveness there were (12%), and in religion there were (8%) found, tolerance (8%) self-confidence(8%), optimism (8,%), responsible (4%), friendly there were (4%). And the last is polite there were (4%)
