ABSTRAK

The aims of this study were to analyze the consultative language style and the Function consultative Style at Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. The research used qualitative method by using descriptive qualitative design approach. Researchers collected and analyze the data from Transcript of recording a video Podcast. The results of this research showed that in Joe Rogan has Consultative Language style that using on his Podcast 203 consultative language style classified as: 68 on Joe Rogan podcast with Mr. beast podcast, 65 Joe Rogan podcast with Kevin Hart podcast, 70 Joe Rogan Podcast with Michael Osterholm. The function of consultative language are First, Consultative language helps establish a positive connection between participants by using polite greetings, showing interest in others' perspectives, and using appropriate tone and demeanor. Second, encourages active listening by demonstrating attentiveness, nodding, paraphrasing, and asking clarifying questions. This foster understanding and helps participants feel valued and heard. Third, language emphasizes treating others with respect, acknowledging their expertise and opinions, and avoiding derogatory or dismissive language. It also promotes inclusivity by ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to contribute and be heard.
