ABSTRAK

This study aims to determine the impact of cartoon movie series in young learners educational character and to know the educational character values are contained in the cartoon movie series. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Subjects were 17 parents. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaire. Data analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that there was a positive impact from the cartoon film series on the formation of children's educational character in Tebing Tinggi. The positive impact is cultivating commendable morals, increasing children's creativity, and adding vocabulary. Broadly speaking, cartoon movie series can affect the development of children's behavior which can have positive and negative impacts on early childhood, especially children aged 4-10 years in Tebing Tinggi, Tanjung Marulak Village, Rambutan District.
